As the "first show" of the exhibition industry in northeast China under the regular epidemic prevention and control, and the "first show" of the five major domestic auto shows after the epidemic has been effectively controlled, the 17th China (Changchun) International Auto Expo will be staged at the Changchun International Convention and Exhibition Center from July 10 to 19. Hu Shan, Vice President of Braim International Convention and Exhibition Group, was interviewed by the media and talked about how intelligent prevention and control can protect Changchun Auto Expo under the new situation of epidemic prevention and control.
Media: At present, the epidemic prevention and control has entered a normal state. As the first largest exhibition in the region, what related preparations did the Organizing Committee of the Auto Expo do?
Vice President Hu: In order to carry out the epidemic prevention and control of the 17th Changchun Auto Expo 2020 and ensure the safe, orderly and successful holding of the Expo, the Organizing Committee of the Changchun Auto Expo has strengthened the close ties with the Changchun Epidemic Prevention Headquarters, Health Commission of Changchun, Changchun Center for Disease Control and Prevention and other departments in accordance with the general requirements of national, provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control since early June. Under the strong guidance of disease control experts, the Organizing Committee has prepared the epidemic prevention work plan and prevention and control instruction manual for the Changchun Auto Expo, and refined the epidemic prevention work flow during the Auto Expo.
In light of the real-time development of epidemic prevention and control, the general principle of the Expo is "simple, easy, scientific and accurate". At present, the Organizing Committee has prepared and completed the work plan for the prevention and control of the epidemic at the Auto Expo, and has set up a leading group for the prevention and control of the epidemic in conjunction with the municipal health Committee, Economic Development Zone, Changchun International Convention and Exhibition Center and other departments, and has established a linkage and coordination mechanism of "Territory-based and manage at municipal and district levels" to coordinate and lead the epidemic prevention work, and to achieve scientific prevention for key nodes. Media: What principles should be followed for epidemic prevention and control during the exhibition?
Vice President Hu: During the exhibition, the epidemic prevention and control follows the general principle of "Five Necessities", and all the participants of Changchun Auto Expo must have their health codes scanned, their body temperature measured, masks worn, disinfected and treated for emergencies. Prevention first, territorial management, strengthening monitoring and standardizing disposal.
Scan the Health Code: From the exhibition stage to the whole process of exhibition development and dismantling, all exhibition participants, including construction workers, exhibitors, organizing committee staff and on-site support personnel, as long as they are related to the exhibition work, should accept the personnel investigation and daily health monitoring, and accurately grasp the travel information and health status of each person involved in the exhibition 14 days before admission through the daily health monitoring mini program. When entering, all staff and spectators should be strictly checked for health codes, and only people with green codes should be released.
Temperature measurement: All personnel entering the exhibition hall are required to undergo temperature measurement. People with body temperature above 37.3 degrees will be prohibited from entering the exhibition hall.
Wear masks: All personnel entering the exhibition hall shall wear masks, including all exhibitors, construction workers, relevant staff and spectators. A special person will be set up in the exhibition hall to check and remind some people who do not wear masks properly.
Disinfection: Venue providers shall assign special personnel to take charge of public areas such as entrances and exits, public toilets, aisles, corridors and dining areas, and conduct regular disinfection and establish disinfection records. Exhibitors will assign special personnel to disinfect the booth and the car every day. All field workers consciously carry out self-protection and corresponding disinfection measures.
Treatment on Emergency: Medical service points and temporary isolation points are set up on the exhibition hall. If febrile persons and other persons with suspected symptoms are found on site, they will be dealt with urgently according to the requirements of the professional department.
Media: What measures will be taken to control the flow of people?
Vice President Hu: According to the advice of disease control experts, we also controls the flow of people intelligently through big data. If the number of people exceeds the upper limit, timely guidance will be given, and the following measures have been taken.
The Organizing Committee will take various measures to step up publicity and encourage the public to make real-name online appointments and visit at different peaks to avoid large crowds.

According to the rules of audience admission, scientifically arrange and reasonably plan the number of exhibition entrances, exits and entrance gates, and conduct overall control over the number of visitors through the analysis and summary of access control data. When the current limit standard is reached, the ticketing will be stopped in time, the passage will be closed, flow adjustment measures will be taken. The staff will patiently persuade and explain to reduce the density of personnel on the activity site.
The curators of the exhibition halls are responsible for the crowd control in the areas where they are located, and draw a meter-long line in the corridors of the exhibition halls to keep a safe distance for the movement of people. When the crowd density in the museums exceeds 20 people /100M2, they shall take measures to limit the flow and divert the crowd to reduce the crowd density in the museums. A guide channel for visitors will be set up at the popular booth, and a special person will be assigned to guide the visitors to avoid the gathering of people.
